Role Description
The Brand Representative role at Vyb is a contract, remote position focused on promoting the platform and strengthening its presence among target audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Representing Vyb in online and offline communities
- Engaging with users and partners
- Communicating the brand’s value in nightlife, dining, and local activities
- Supporting brand awareness campaigns
- Assisting with customer inquiries
- Gathering feedback
- Sharing insights with the internal team to improve the user experience

This role may also involve:
- Collaborating with marketing efforts
- Creating short-form promotional content
- Participating in virtual events or outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to consistently represent and promote Vyb’s identity and offerings.
- Customer Service experience to respond to user questions, resolve issues, and provide a positive brand experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communities to support online engagement and outreach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in marketing, community management, or event promotion is beneficial, as is an interest in nightlife, dining, and local experiences.
