About the Role
🚀 Brand Representative
📍 Milton Keynes – Office and Field-Based
💸 Earnings OTE: £27,000–£31,000 +
Relay Direct is delighted to represent well-established UK brand that is widely recognised across the country.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Brand Representative to represent the brand across Milton Keynes. You will engage directly with customers, increase brand visibility and help acquire new customers through professional, face-to-face conversations.
This is an active, customer-facing position across B2B, B2C and event campaigns. You will receive ongoing training, practical coaching and regular support to help you build your confidence, strengthen your sales skills and achieve campaign targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Approach and engage prospective customers across different channels
- Build brand awareness through confident and professional in-person conversations
- Explain products, services and campaign offers clearly to potential customers
- Identify customer needs, generate interest and capture qualified leads
- Support face-to-face customer acquisition and sales
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation

What We’re Looking For
- Warm, energetic and comfortable approaching new people
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Confident communication without sounding overly scripted
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Enthusiastic, hardworking and self-motivated
- Commercially aware and comfortable working towards targets
- Dependable, professional and committed to regular attendance
- Interest in brands, events and face-to-face customer engagement
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or events would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Important Information
- This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position
- The role is based in our Milton Keynes office and requires reliable daily commuting
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over and have the existing right to work full-time in the UK
- We are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship
- Due to the full-time working requirements, we cannot progress applicants whose visas restrict them to part-time working hours
