About the Role
At Bespoke, we're looking for personable, ambitious people to represent some of the UK's leading brands while developing valuable skills in communication, business development, customer engagement, and leadership.
You don't need years of experience. You need a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
What Does a Brand Representative Actually Do?
You'll be the face of the brands we work with, speaking directly with customers and creating positive experiences through genuine conversations. You'll learn how to understand different people, communicate clearly, build trust, and handle questions and objections confidently.
It's a role where your personality genuinely matters.
You'll be around people every day, and no two conversations will be exactly the same. Some will be straightforward, some will challenge you, and some will teach you something you didn't expect.
Alongside the customer side of the role, you'll also gain an understanding of the wider business and develop skills across business development, leadership, communication, and team performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Representing client brands professionally in customer-facing environments
- Speaking with customers and building genuine relationships

- Working towards individual and team targets
- Learning how customer acquisition and business growth work
- Supporting your team and taking responsibility for your own results
- Taking on additional responsibility as you develop

Previous experience isn't essential. You'll receive full training and one-to-one mentorship from day one.
