Role Description
The Brand Representative role is a part-time, on-site position based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. This role involves representing client brands in person, engaging with customers, and promoting brand messages across events, retail environments, and other public settings.

Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting customers
- Answering product and service questions
- Collecting feedback
- Supporting promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales
- Collaborating with team members
- Reporting on interactions and campaign outcomes
- Maintaining a professional, consistent brand image at all times
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Customer service skills with a focus on attentive support, problem-solving, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and reporting to the team.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Manchester Area, with a professional appearance and reliable time management.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments, with adaptability and a proactive approach to learning brand guidelines.
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
