About the Role

We are a premier Marketing and Sales firm based in the heart of Edinburgh, specialising in high-impact customer acquisition and brand management. Leading global enterprises including Mercedes-Benz, EE, Verisure, and E-On Next—trust us to deliver tailored market solutions and protect their brand integrity.

As we embark on a major expansion phase projected through 2026 and 2027, we are seeking ambitious professionals to join our team as Brand Representatives. This role offers an immersive entry into corporate strategy, campaign management, and corporate leadership via our structured Development Programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as the professional face and voice of blue-chip clients across luxury automotive, telecommunications, smart home security, and green energy sectors.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Execute diverse marketing initiatives across our primary channels, including Corporate Events, Business-to-Business (B2B) portfolios, Retail installations, and Field campaigns.
  • Market Acquisition: Engage directly with prospective customers, deliver high-quality consultations, and effectively close sales to drive market share for our clients.
  • Strategic Training: Participate in daily corporate briefings and workshops focusing on consumer psychology, market trends, and campaign KPIs.

The Development Programme

Our organisation operates on a strict merit-based advancement structure. We exclusively promote from within, ensuring that our leadership team possesses a comprehensive understanding of our core operations.

Selected candidates will enter a structured pathway designed to transition entry-level professionals into executive management roles. You will receive direct mentorship in team leadership, financial management, territory planning, and client relations to support our upcoming multi-city expansion.

  • Resilient Work Ethic: A performance-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and navigate multiple campaign styles seamlessly.
  • Location: Must be living in, or willing to relocate to, Edinburgh and available for an immediate professional start.
