Summary
Our Brand Representative role connects our customers with our family of brands, both in the field and on site at our Brand Home. The successful candidate will be outgoing, authentic, and personify our brand values. You will be comfortable visiting clients, leading inspiring tastings, and speaking from the heart about the brand. You must be able to manage your diary effectively, showing excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to prioritise competing demands. A current valid manual UK driver’s license is necessary to be considered for this role.

This role requires a presence at Jackton Distillery, home of RAER Whisky and Something Blue Gin. Jackton Distillery was founded in 2020 on our family farm in South Lanarkshire; the first products were released in January 2021. Since then, the distillery has only continued to grow, adding a visitor centre and tour programme in 2024, and an events programme in 2025. Our inaugural single malt Scotch whisky is scheduled for release in September 2026.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
