Brand Researcher / Junior Brand Strategist

Have you got an instinct for uncovering why people behave the way they do, paired with an obsession for contemporary culture?

Profiles Creative is exclusively partnering with a boutique brand strategy and design consultancy in London to appoint a permanent, full-time Brand Researcher / Junior Brand Strategist. Working in a hybrid setup (with three days in the central London studio), you will sit right at the heart of the strategic process, collaborating directly with an industry-leading Head of Strategy. Your focus will be transforming cultural shifts, human behaviours, and qualitative and quantitative signals into sharp insights that shape the narratives and identities of world-renowned names across fashion, sport, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into desk research, audience behaviours, and emerging cultural trends to spot shifts impacting brands.
  • Synthesise qualitative and quantitative research data, identifying the core patterns and cultural tensions that spark game-changing creative work.
  • Assist in crafting brand positioning, defining distinct archetypes, and developing robust brand propositions.
  • Build engaging strategic decks and presentation narratives that clearly articulate insights to the team and clients.
  • Partner closely with internal strategists and design teams to ensure clear research insights translate into distinctive brand executions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
