Working Pattern
Typically X days in the office, with core hours flexible between 9am-5pm.
The Role
The NEXT Sourcing UK Sales Team acts as the direct link between UK buying teams and our global manufacturing network. Working closely with key internal and regional stakeholders, the team drives product development, manages costing and capacity, and oversees critical path timelines to deliver innovative, high-quality, and profitable collections.
We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our growing NS branded sales team, supporting both the Sales and Design functions across our License, Direct, and Wholly-owned brands portfolio. This role is based across our Leicester (Enderby), Market Harborough (The Barn), and London offices.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Managers with administrative tasks across brands such as Joules, The Set, and Ted Baker.
- Sample Management & Logistics: Managing end-to-end sample processes including coordination and sample handover preparation.
- Operational & Critical Path Support: Tracking development and production sample progress, providing supplier liaison, territory support, and meeting support while keeping team documents up to date.
- Sales Analysis & Market Intelligence: Assisting with weekly reporting, London trade packs, sales tracker management, and market benchmarking analysis.
- Providing administrative support to The Set Design Manager for product documentation and sample management.
- Supporting product research, design sketches, and tech packs, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who holds a degree in a related field, preferably within Design. You should have experience in a similar administrative role and possess excellent organisation and time management skills. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal teams and global suppliers is essential. Approx 30% of time will be spent in London. Candidates must be able to travel between offices. Strong IT skills are advantageous, specifically proficiency in Excel; knowledge of the Google Suite, Power BI, or Next Sourcing systems would be beneficial.
