Inspired by Danish fashion? We’re hiring an in-house Brand Sales Manager to develop the UK wholesale market for a premium Danish womenswear brand that is thriving across Europe and now looking to expand its footprint in the UK.

The focus of the role is to set and achieve seasonal sales targets while developing wholesale and online business in line with the brand’s values and market positioning. You will lead sales meetings at trade shows, digitally and on the road, spending time with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new accounts.

Designed with intention, the brand blends refined Scandinavian minimalism with a confident, feminine perspective, creating directional fashion collections that feel effortless and modern. Five seasonal collections sit alongside a curated never out of stock range, balancing seasonal storytelling with continuity in essential styles.

Marketing and communication are expressed through a cohesive visual narrative, brought to life through curated content, collaborations and a comprehensive media bank that equips retail partners with campaign imagery, product assets and up-to-date brand materials to ensure consistent presentation across all channels.

What You’ll Do

  • In collaboration with the UK Country Manager and European Sales Director, define the strategy for the UK market based on wholesale expertise, research, current business, and future potential.
  • Set pricing for the collections with the UK team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with independent boutiques, online marketplaces, and department stores.
  • Develop and strengthen existing wholesale distribution.
  • Present seasonal collections to customers in the London showroom and on the road, tailoring each appointment to the store’s positioning and potential.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a clear understanding of each customer’s needs.
  • Support retail partners with in-store events, product training, and brand activations.
  • Represent the brand at UK trade fairs.
  • Track weekly sales performance, responding to opportunities to maximize sell-through and replenishment.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for inventory, performance monitoring, and requests.
  • Work closely with the head office team in Copenhagen to ensure smooth coordination across sales operations, logistics, and customer service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
