Job Purpose

There is an exciting opportunity to join the brand service teams on a 12-month internship. We are looking for an enthusiastic student with a keen interest in land-based engineering and aftermarket management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Engage in dealer development activities, dealer standards, Control Room development for connected machines.
  • Support system knowledge training and development for dealers.
  • Support Dealer Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Help conduct and edit media material to develop the dealer network.
  • Support customer machine operation training and coaching events.

Experience Required

  • Strong IT skills are essential with the ability to develop high-quality media material.
  • An understanding of agriculture is beneficial; a keen interest in technical machines is essential.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture.
  • The motivation to learn quickly and develop on existing knowledge.
  • Good communication skills; customer relations skills are beneficial.
  • Negotiation skills, think fast but make meaningful decisions.
  • A driving license is essential.
