About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and creative Brand Social Media & Content Manager to join our Central Brand Team, reporting directly to the Head of Brand.

Passionate about social media, you stay ahead of emerging trends and bring the expertise and confidence to establish best practice across multiple European markets. As the social media specialist within the Brand team, you'll proactively identify opportunities, recommend new ideas and lead initiatives that strengthen the Joybuy brand across Europe.

Working closely with local marketing teams, you'll develop engaging social content, campaign toolkits and creative assets that strengthen our brand. Alongside improving consistency across our channels, you'll help grow our social communities, increase customer engagement, amplify authentic customer voices and create content that drives more organic traffic to Joybuy. This role will work closely with the wider Brand Team, Integrated Marketing, Performance Marketing and local Social Media Managers across the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands.

What You Will Do:

  • Define Joybuy’s European Brand social media strategy, clarifying the role of each platform in building awareness, engagement and consideration.
  • Own the central social media calendar, incorporating major Brand campaigns, sponsorships and key seasonal moments.
  • Lead the social media workstream for central Brand campaigns, developing engaging social-first content, campaign toolkits and reusable creative assets for local markets.
  • Partner with local marketing teams to adapt content effectively across the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands while strengthening consistency across channels.
  • Grow Joybuy’s social communities through engaging formats, authentic customer stories and user-generated content that builds trust and advocacy.
  • Create content that encourages conversation, repeat engagement and organic traffic to the Joybuy platform.
  • Develop social media templates, creative guidelines and influencer best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across markets.
  • Monitor performance across European markets, identify successful content and share actionable insights and best practices.
  • Act as the central Brand contact for social media, collaborating with the wider Brand Team, Integrated Marketing, Performance Marketing and local Social Media Managers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong social media expertise across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube etc.), understanding the strengths of each channel and confidently recommending the most effective content and approach.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering engaging social-first content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement and supports organic growth.
  • Experience managing influencer and creator activity, including briefing, content review and performance evaluation.
  • Confident using AI tools to support social media planning, content creation and workflow optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, using performance data and insights to optimise content and recommend improvements.
  • Additional experience within specific EU markets (France, Germany and the Netherlands) would be a plus.
