Brand & Social Media Manager for Scott Thomas & The True Self Project.
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Brand & Social Media Manager to help build and grow the personal brand of Scott Thomas and support the continued growth of The True Self Project.
This is not simply a social media management role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to use content strategically to build authority, grow a loyal audience, and create meaningful impact.
Your primary responsibility will be ensuring Scott has a consistent stream of high-quality, engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms. You’ll know what performs, stay ahead of emerging trends, and understand how to adapt content for each platform while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Most importantly, you’ll understand that every piece of content should have a purpose. Whether that’s growing the newsletter, driving viewers to YouTube, supporting podcast launches, promoting live events, or building anticipation for future book releases, you’ll help create a content ecosystem that moves the audience through every stage of the journey.
Working closely with Scott, The Social PR and the wider True Self Project team, you’ll play a key role in positioning Scott as one of the leading voices in personal growth, mindset and self-development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
