Are you ready to make a tangible impact on a high-performing marketing team?
We are seeking an agile, sharp, and highly organized Brand Specialist to join our dynamic UK Nutrition Division. Sitting at the heart of our eight-person marketing team, this pivotal role blends strategic brand execution with hands-on operational delivery.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and love turning raw ideas into polished, high-impact commercial assets, this is the perfect stage for your career growth.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As our Brand Specialist, you will act as both a strategic brand support and the operational engine of the marketing team. You will directly drive agility and speed-to-market by taking ownership of key creative assets, formatting, and project management in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-House Creative Execution: Take full ownership of creating, polishing, and formatting critical marketing collateral, presentations, and documents (specifically using PowerPoint and Word). By bringing these tasks in-house, you will eliminate agency delays, drive cost savings, and keep our delivery fast and sleek.
- Brand Strategy & Activation: Support Brand Leads in implementing annual brand plans and tactical campaigns across the full marketing mix to achieve market share, growth, and sales targets.
- New Product Introductions (NPI): Lead assigned NPI projects from initial concept through to flawless market execution.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Serve as the operational glue between Marketing, Field Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply teams. You will hold stakeholders and senior leadership accountable to project timelines to ensure flawless execution.
- Market Insights & Analytics: Monitor market performance, track commercial trends, and analyze data to spot future growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform future strategies.
- Budget & Administration: Assist with Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget management and maintain smooth administrative operations in alignment with company policies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
