Barista Brand Expert
As our Barista Brand Expert you’ll create unforgettable brand experiences and drive sales of the latest Ninja Coffee Machine!
If you’re a Passionate Coffee artist, love coffee and the latest tech appliances this role is for you!
This role is based in John Lewis, Milton Keynes
You must be able to commit to in person training w.c 19 October & be able to start in store 24th October until the end of 2026
Hours: Saturday & Sunday 10am - 6pm
What You’ll Be Up To
Brand Awareness
- Be the face of the brand, capturing the attention of consumers with your infectious energy and enthusiasm
- Deliver captivating and informative product demonstrations, bringing the products to life
Product Expertise
- Become a Ninja Kitchen Coffee Machine product expert!
- Know the product range inside out with the ability to upsell, educate customers on features and benefits of the products ensuring they leave with a deep appreciation of the brand, showcasing features and functionalities

Are You Our Perfect Partner?
- You’re able to bring high energy and enthusiasm. We're looking for individuals who can create a memorable atmosphere wherever they go
- You’re passionate about coffee, having barista training would be an advantage
- You ideally hold an NVQ level 2 in Food Hygiene
- You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable striking up conversations with strangers and making them feel excited about our products
- You're passionate about coffee and the latest kitchen tech, a quick learner who can become a product expert and is capable and competent of using the products to highlight features – both on your own hair and the customer’s
- You’re able to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach
- You’re someone with proven experience in delivering product demonstrations
- You’re able to demonstrate experience in retail and/or customer service
- You’re able to influence sales
- You’re able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment

What You Can Expect From Us
- Competitive Salary: £110 per day
- £15 daily bonus
