We are seeking an experienced Brand Specialist to join the team at Dover Street Market.
We are looking for a true ambassador for the brand with accountability for the performance of the space at DSM. This role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients both in-store and remotely. You will introduce the brand to your existing clientele, offering unparalleled customer service to meet and exceed the company’s financial targets.
We are looking for full-time (40 hours) and part-time (24 hours) candidates with weekend availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service and Sales:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Offering a personalised shopping and styling experience to our Phoebe Philo and DSM clients.
- Delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets working closely with HQ team to drive sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Stay informed on trends and advise customers on stock availability.
- Maintaining a client book of key customers and VIP’s specialising in the Phoebe Philo brand.
- Support the delivery of in depth training to store staff on Phoebe Philo.
- An eye for visual merchandising to continually tweak the space and work closely with the head of visual merchandising.

Product and Brand Management:
- Ensure deep understanding of product, actively seeking opportunities to broaden knowledge of the brand and product.
- Ensure stock is replenished and stock areas are tidy.
- Work closely with Phoebe Philo and merchandising teams to ensure stock is managed in line with client needs.
- Conduct regular stock checks.
- Provide end of day reports to DSM & Phoebe Philo teams ensuring any actions required are raised promptly.
- Participate in all stock deliveries.
Key Objectives:
- Ensure seamless store operations and outstanding customer service.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, seeking out opportunities to drive the business.
- Meet brand and individual monthly and seasonal sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product and client.
- Foster a service-driven environment that values teamwork and collaborative selling.

Skills:
- Specific understanding of the Phoebe Philo brand, aesthetic and consumer
- Retail sales and expertise within a luxury business
- Ability to clientele at a high level and set the example for other members of the DSM sales team
- Specific understanding of all collections and stock availability at DSM
- Client book of potential new business for DSM
- Knowledge of Retail Pro (not essential)
