The Role

Many of the clients are building things so new the language doesn't exist yet - their own explanation is either too technical to land or so flattened it loses meaning. Your job is finding words that are true and still make sense to a customer, an investor or a government.

You'll interrogate briefs, run stakeholder interviews with founders and engineers, and audit crowded categories for uncontested ground. Then you'll write the naming, the propositions, the manifestos, the launch language - work that reaches clients with minimal editing. You report collaboratively to the two founding partners, in the room from the start of engagements rather than after the thinking is done. The team is twelve, running eight or nine projects at once, spanning AI infrastructure, robotics, games, fashion, culture and food. No dedicated research team - you own that depth yourself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
