About the Role
As the Brand Trainer Team Lead you’ll be responsible for engaging the Brand Trainer Team to deliver first class training and events to our retailers and consumers, role modelling the ‘Sound mind, sound body’ ASICS philosophy.
An energetic and confident self-starter with a passion for products, sports and delivering outstanding training events, inspiring those around them.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the team of Brand Trainers (BT) on the fulfilment of the activity plan agreed with DTC, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales in your Country/Region.
- Coordinate and engage the team of BT in your Country/Region.
- Support on the creation of training decks and making them relevant for the local market. You will also provide support for creating the right toolkits and any other element to best equip the BT team.
- Review on a seasonal basis, the geographic coverage across your country/region to efficiently support the given priorities to win at wholesale customers and at our own Retail sales staff.
- Report on agreed KPIs, dashboards and summaries, including market insights (consumers, competitors, retailers, own staff).
- Prepare seasonal meetings to update and equip the BT Team.
- Knowledge expert to be able to support and exceptionally cover the activities of the BT Team.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably within Sports or FMCG.
- Full, clean, driving license.
- University degree in Sports Science or Business Administration.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Advanced IT skills, including MS Excel and PPT.
- Reporting skills and analytical.
- Flexibility to travel and to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
