About The Role
The Designer will be the creative backbone of the BOB Marketing team, responsible for shaping and protecting the visual identity of one of the most ambitious projects in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, maker role - you will own the BOB brand day-to-day, produce a high volume of polished assets, and collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to communicate technical ideas with clarity and visual impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong foundational design skills with fluency in motion graphics and video, plus the ability to actively leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate creative output. BOB does not work with a creative or social media agency, so self-sufficiency and creative range are essential.
The designer will report to the BOB Head of Marketing, who is based in the UAE, plus support the Social Media & Content Manager, based in Germany. This is a remote role, but good timezone overlap is required, so candidates based in Europe will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Guardianship
- Own and evolve the BOB brand, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint - from social posts to investor decks. You are the first and last line of defence for visual quality.
- Develop, maintain and enforce comprehensive BOB brand guidelines covering typography, colour, iconography, illustration style and design.
- Act as the internal brand authority, reviewing and approving creative output from partners, ecosystem projects and third-party collaborators.
- Conduct regular brand audits to identify inconsistencies and drive continuous improvement across all channels.
- Manage a centralised, well-organised asset library accessible to the wider team.
- Evolve the brand system as BOB grows, proposing refreshes and extensions that remain true to the Bitcoin-native identity.
Marketing Templates & Asset Production
- Build and maintain an efficient production engine so the team can move fast without sacrificing quality. Create a library of flexible, on-brand templates that scale across channels and campaigns.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive template library for social media, paid advertising, email, and event collateral.
- Produce high-quality, production-ready assets for product launches, ecosystem partner announcements, technology updates and community campaigns.
- Create print and digital materials for events and conferences, including booth graphics, banners, merchandise and presentation decks.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Content Manager to ensure all creative assets meet platform specifications and perform well.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Actively experiment with AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, generate creative variations and expand output capacity.

- Serve as the design bridge between Marketing, Product and Engineering. Help ensure BOB's web presence and product interfaces reflect the brand while meeting the high standards of the developer community BOB serves.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to contribute design input on web pages, landing pages, developer documentation and product UI components.
- Design and deliver web assets, including banners, hero images and interactive landing page mockups, working within established design systems.
