Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for maximising the revenue generated from targeted and other paid email offerings by account managing branded products in order to deliver quality candidates. Working in the Customer Service department, you will maintain, develop and provide a high level of creative services to internal and external customers in-line with Totaljobs strategy. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Be the knowledge expert and point of contact for all paid for Branded & Creative Products (from processes, design to performance).
- Provide email marketing solutions, consultation and expertise to your stakeholders when required to optimise campaigns.
- Account manage all Salesforce Email Booking cases ensuring all requirements, best practice (including adding behavioural targeting) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Monitor email deliverability and standards excellence and raise any concerns to a senior team member.
- Design digitally and fulfil all Branded & Creative Products to the required quality standard and within the agreed SLAs.
