A globally recognised Entertainment Studio and Distributor is looking for an experienced Branded Content Director to help shape and grow its Content and Partnerships strategy across international markets...

The Company

Hugely respected and operating across multiple territories, this London based Entertainment business is one of the leading names in TV and Film production. Working across a wide range of genres and markets, they produce many iconic franchises for global audience and work on TV, Reality, Film, Documentary and Drama. Their large team enjoy plenty of flexibility and their staff are trusted and given the tools to deliver free of the micromanagement you often see in businesses of this size (especially at more senior level).

The Role

This is a vital role within a small central team and will see the successful candidate reporting directly into the head of the branded content division. The role is focused on strategy and delivery rather than the securing of partners and the aim is very much on the implementation of creative projects and integrations across all productions. The ideal candidate will NEED substantial hands on experience taking Partnerships/branded entertainment or content projects from initial idea through to delivery, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once is vital.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
