Role Overview
We’re hiring a Branded Content & Partnerships Manager to lead how Fellas Studios works with brands, covering branded shows, production services and co-created formats. You’ll sell branded podcasts and shows, sell our production services and build formats with brand partners. You’ll own the revenue target, the pipeline and the senior client relationships.

Fellas Studios is a London-based video podcast media company that specialises in delivering world-class content to a targeted audience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and grow branded content and partnerships revenue against an annual target.
- Find, pitch and close deals with brands and agencies.
- Sell our studios, crews and post-production to brands and agencies.
- Develop co-created formats with brand partners, and negotiate the commercial and rights terms.
- Work with our creative and production teams to turn briefs into shows that perform.
- Report on pipeline, forecasts and results to the leadership team.

Requirements
- 5+ years in branded content, partnerships or commercial roles at a podcast network, creator business, publisher, production company or agency.
- A track record of closing large branded content deals and hitting revenue targets.
- Senior relationships with UK brand marketing teams and agencies.
- Experience negotiating IP, licensing or format deals.
- A strong understanding of talent-led video and audio, and why audiences keep coming back to it.
- Sound commercial judgement on pricing, margin and scope.
- Experience building or leading a team (a plus).

Salary
£60,000 base, £90,000 OTE (base + commission)
