Role Description
Branding Expert - Commission Based will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen LYNA®’s market presence and alignment with its mission in hormonal health and personalized nutrition. This full-time remote role includes shaping brand messaging, visual identity, and positioning across digital channels, social media, and partnership initiatives. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and refining brand guidelines, collaborating with marketing and product teams, ensuring consistency across user touchpoints, and identifying opportunities for brand-led growth. The Branding Expert will also engage with potential partners, ambassadors, and communities, helping drive brand awareness and commission-based revenue through strategic brand collaborations. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring brand performance metrics, gathering audience insights, and iterating on branding tactics to maximize impact.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to develop clear brand messaging and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service experience to ensure brand interactions are supportive, empathetic, and aligned with LYNA®’s mission.
- Training skills to educate partners, ambassadors, and team members on brand standards, tone, and visual identity.
- Sales abilities to build brand partnerships, drive commission-based opportunities, and support growth initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking branding KPIs, managing partner data, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Experience in branding, marketing, or brand strategy, ideally within health, wellness, or consumer tech sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with women’s health, nutrition, or hormonal health topics is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
