Job Description

Shape the story. Shape the experience

Marketing at Lloyds Banking Group isn’t about selling products. It’s about building brands people trust, creating experiences that matter. It’s about helping millions of customers make smarter financial decisions.

Our Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) division plays a central role in the Group’s purpose of helping Britain prosper. We deliver personalised, data-driven customer communications, build world-class brand engagement, and make sure every interaction feels relevant and human.

As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, part of a fast, creative, and digitally driven team – learning how to craft campaigns, design customer journeys, and harness data and technology to make an impact that lasts.

Two years. Three rotations. Real influence

You’ll rotate across three placements in BMX – gaining a 360° view of how marketing builds value and creates impact, over the course of two years.

You could be working in:

  • Insights, Planning & Effectiveness – turning customer data into smart strategy.
  • Group Brands & B2B – managing portfolios and partnerships.
  • Experience Design – shaping journeys that are useful, usable and delightful.
  • Consumer Marketing – driving full-funnel campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
