The Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic marketing input, guidance, and leadership to advance the regional marketing strategy for BRCC International. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, Director of BRCC Marketing, BRCC International Business Leaders, Sales, Account Management, product partners, and regional stakeholders, this role helps translate business objectives and market insights into integrated marketing plans that build market awareness, strengthen client relationships, generate demand, pipeline and enhance revenue growth.
The Marketing Manager partners with the VP of Marketing and business leaders to shape campaign priorities, audience strategies, positioning, thought leadership, and go-to-market recommendations for BRCC International. The role leads the development and delivery of regional marketing plans, provides direction to the Marketing Specialist, and coordinates with global marketing centers of excellence to ensure marketing activity is aligned to business priorities and delivers measurable results.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that advance approved BRCC International go-to-market plans, generate demand, and support revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and senior marketing leaders to translate business priorities into compelling campaigns, audience strategies, and measurable marketing objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of client personas, buyer journeys, market needs, BRCC products and solutions, and regional nuances to inform targeting, positioning, channel strategy, and campaign design.
- Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, customer and regulatory communications developments, and customer-experience trends to identify opportunities and maintain differentiated positioning in EMEA.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing and business leaders to shape and lead the development of solution-focused content and thought leadership that builds market awareness, supports pipeline growth, and strengthens client relationships.
- Provide direction and support to the Regional Marketing Specialist, marketing centers of excellence, and agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand work.
- Lead cross-functional campaign planning and provide oversight for execution across digital, content, creative, brand, events, and external partners.
- Measure campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and share actionable recommendations with stakeholders.
- Manage approved marketing investment, including budget tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably with a concentration in marketing or strategy)
- 5+ years of financial services or fintech marketing experience with an emphasis on leveraging different marketing tactics, such as SEM/Social, webinars/virtual events, to reach key buyers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written); able to convey complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative and matrixed environment.
- Experience in campaign management, including idea generation, execution, tracking, measurement, and refinement.
- Influencer with great interpersonal skills and proven ability to achieve alignment across a range of different views and interests.
- Budget and expense management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel; experience with AirTable, Sprinklr, On24, project management tools a plus.
