Marcenta is a London-based independent dry bulk and project shipbroker built around direct principal relationships and an AI-assisted desk that keeps live market data in every conversation. We're looking for a Breakbulk & Project Ship Broker with hands-on experience in non-containerised cargoes, heavy lift, and complex project movements to grow this side of the desk.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in breakbulk or project shipping
  • Understanding of heavy lift, out-of-gauge, and specialised cargoes
  • Commercial mindset with strong client management skills
  • Confident communication and negotiation ability
