The 26-floor art’otel London Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

Responsibilities

As a Master of your Craft, you will…

  • Be the driving force behind the day-to-day Breakfast and In-Room Dining Operations
  • Ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment
  • Provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture
  • Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
  • Manage & develop your team through the planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management
  • Have a good knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch food trends
  • Apply your knowledge & share best practices regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability
