About the Role
We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume—those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
- Infuse our culinary team with a fresh wave of creativity, an insatiable appetite for learning, and a burning passion for gastronomic artistry.
- Support the smooth running of the kitchen department, ensuring all aspects of guest dining experience throughout the whole hotel are delivered to the highest level.
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring work is carried out timely and professionally.
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives and help achieve hotel initiatives & targets.
- Collaborate with immediate reports to:
- Control costs and inventory.
- Attain productivity and performance levels.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
- Ensure full adherence to legislation, including due diligence and documentation for internal and external audits, with follow-up as required.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong culinary skills and in-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with a "can-do" mindset.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and nurturing a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Location: Park Inn by Radisson, Peterborough Compensation: Up to GBP 11,032.26 per year
