Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food, and is comfortable working early mornings.
Hours: 5:30am – 2:00pm
Position: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently
- Preparing ingredients and completing mise en place for service
- Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion control
- Following food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures
- Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean, organised and well stocked
- Monitoring stock levels and minimising food waste
- Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assisting with preparation for the following day's service

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work early morning shifts
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Organised and able to work efficiently during busy periods
- A positive attitude and pride in producing great food
