About the Role
As a Breakfast Chef, you'll play an important role in starting every customer's day in the best possible way.
Working as part of our kitchen team, you'll prepare and serve fresh, high-quality breakfasts with speed, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll help create the welcoming experience Trading Post is known for by ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen looking and tasting its very best.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in their craft, and loves being part of a supportive team.

A Day in the Life
As a Breakfast Chef, you'll:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to Trading Post's quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure every meal is served promptly, consistently, and with great attention to detail.
- Prepare ingredients and organise your section before service begins.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness throughout every shift.
- Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages to the Kitchen Manager.
- Follow company recipes, food safety procedures, and kitchen standards at all times.
- Support your teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

Who We're Looking For

Previous Experience
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food preparation.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
