£24,784.76 per annum + monthly service charge payment
- 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks with service

Barnett Hill is a beautiful Queen Anne style property, built in 1905, set within 26 acres of lovingly maintained gardens and woodlands, sitting in the heart of the Surrey Hill area of outstanding natural beauty just outside Guildford, Surrey.
Since its purchase in 2016 this venue has been transformed into a beautiful 4 Star AA Country House Hotel. The Hotel including 56 boutique rooms, suites and residences, are appointed with designer furnishings and are spread across the main Mansion House, Courtyard and Gardener’s Cottage.
Our luxurious Oak Room restaurant, 1905 Bar, Library and a range of sumptuous lounges and private dining rooms, provide dining for all tastes. For wedding, corporate and events guests we have a range of private wedding and conference suites. For those seeking relaxation our Utopia treatments are available in our designated treatment rooms in the hotel

The Role
The Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting, a range of cold menu items for our Breakfast Buffet, as well as cooking to order hot food items, for guests and non-residents taking breakfast in our restaurant or private dining rooms.

- Working 5 days including weekend shifts from 6.00am to 2.00pm, 37.5 hours per week.
- Preparing cold food items for our comprehensive breakfast buffet as well as preparing and cooking hot food items to order
- Complete advance preparation, where practical for the next breakfast service
- Cleaning down your section at the end of your shift
- Handover any requirements to the Chef in preparation for your next shift

Requirements
- Experience of preparing a range of breakfast dishes within a hotel or restaurant environment
- You must be a methodical and organised worker to ensure breakfast service runs smoothly
- Be a reliable ‘early bird’ with a smile!
