We're looking for a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our talented kitchen team.

The Role
As our Breakfast Chef you'll be first into the kitchen and set the tone for the day, working closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes from opening service. You'll take ownership of your section, keep things running smoothly during our busiest early hours, and help maintain a clean, organised kitchen throughout.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with breakfast or early-service experience
- Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A willingness to learn
- A team player who collaborates well with colleagues
- Flexibility for early starts and shifts including weekends and holidays, as required
