The Role – Breakfast Chef

An opportunity has arisen for a Breakfast Chef at a highly regarded 5* hotel, based in Central London.

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll help run the à la carte and buffet breakfast service by leading the section and supporting exceptional standards and reputation.

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 5 *hotel or restaurant setting, ready for progression.
  • Reliable and organised to be able to maintain standards throughout service.
  • Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
  • Availability to work early shifts from 5:30 am until 2:00/2:30 pm throughout the week, with weekend availability.
  • A passion for fresh, quality ingredients and well-executed breakfast dishes.
