Breakfast Chef - Burley Manor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our talented kitchen team at Burley Manor.

Key responsibilities of our Breakfast Chef:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfasts to a consistently excellent standard
  • Ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly, efficiently and with a smile (coffee helps!)
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards
  • Monitoring stock, checking deliveries and storing produce correctly
  • Assisting with ordering and stock control
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade to maintain excellent food safety standards and environmental health scores
  • Supporting the Head Chef and wider team with additional kitchen duties where required

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally preparing breakfast service
  • Someone who enjoys early starts and knows that the best sunrises are often seen from a kitchen window
  • A genuine passion for producing great food with attention to detail
  • A positive team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Honesty, reliability and pride in everything you do
  • Someone who embodies our values and helps make Burley Manor a fantastic place to work
