Breakfast & Lunch Chef Wednesday - Saturday 7.30am - 3.30pm

The Bell Inn sits proudly on the periphery of Stow-on-the-Wold, one of the gems in the Cotswolds. Steeped in history, the town is the perfect location from which to explore both the stunning countryside and charming towns around every corner.

The Inn is approximately 350 years old; we aim to provide the very best in offering great food and premium service at the Inn but take great care not to dilute any of its ancient character.

With fourteen beautifully decorated en suite bedrooms, we consider ourselves one of the leading Inns in the Cotswolds.

The Inn boasts a rare front garden/terrace, which is the perfect place to relax in Summer with a glass of rosé. Alternatively, you can sit by our log burner and warm up in the Winter with a pint of Young's ale.

We believe we are the perfect place for those looking for a role within the hospitality industry. I pride myself on giving my staff the best possible work-life balance, and we play hard while we work. There is tremendous loyalty within the team, reflecting what I believe is a healthy and fun environment in which to work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
