Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow specs created by our development team to ensure strict consistency.
  • Assist the Senior Breakfast Chef in all areas of service and kitchen duties.
  • Ensure all kitchen procedures are followed and all standards are upheld.
  • Ensure strict and rigid cleaning schedule.
  • Run a fast-paced breakfast service.
  • Have a good relationship with all staff within the hotel and restaurant.
  • Lead service working alone and as part of a team.
  • Complete day-to-day kitchen duties i.e. cooking, cleaning, prep, deliveries, etc.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Senior Breakfast Chef in all aspects of the kitchen and wider hotel.
  • To be an ambassador for the hotel/hospitality industry and the IHG hotel brand.
