Job Title: Breakfast Chef
Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time (50h) and Part time available

We are a supportive and hands-on team - We expect team members (of all levels!!) to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and assist their colleagues whenever the need arises.

As a Breakfast Chef at L'ETO
You will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will support the Sous Chef in the execution of fresh, creative menus. This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow within L'ETO.
The Ideal Line Chef will:
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Have excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate with, and motivate others
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and consistency
- Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fresh food, fast-paced kitchen
Essential Experience:
- You will have worked as a Breakfast Chef for at least 1 year, and will fully understand the day to day routines (and challenges) of working in a professional kitchen
- At least 1-2 years working in a professional kitchen environment
It would be even better (but not essential) if:
- You hold a valid L2 (or above) Food Hygiene certificate
- Have worked in a fast paced kitchen working with a varied menu with fresh ingredients
