Nestled within the iconic Sheraton Grand London Park Lane in the heart of Mayfair, Mercante is a vibrant Italian restaurant inspired by the bustling markets of Rome, Venice and Naples. We celebrate the very best of Italian hospitality, serving authentic, seasonal dishes crafted with fresh ingredients in a warm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional start to our guests' day. Working as part of a talented kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency, freshness and outstanding standards at every service. From classic breakfast favourites, to English to Italian-inspired morning offerings, you will take pride in creating memorable dining experiences through excellent food and attention to detail.
