About the Role
As our Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking a diverse range of breakfast dishes, from classic English breakfasts to delicate pastries and international selections.
- Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Managing your section efficiently, maintaining stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Commis Chef in a busy hotel or restaurant environment.
- A strong understanding of breakfast menus and different cooking techniques.
- Reliability and punctuality are key, as you'll be responsible for early morning shifts.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent hygiene and food safety knowledge.
- A passion for creating delicious and beautifully presented breakfast dishes.
