Part-time: 7:20am-8:50am Monday-Friday (Term-time only)

Crudgington Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Breakfast Club Assistant to join our small, dedicated team of staff. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can exemplify our school values of Inspire, Nurture, Succeed and help provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging start to the school day for our children.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A passion for supporting children and promoting their wellbeing.
  • The ability to create a warm, positive, and nurturing environment where children feel happy and secure.
  • Experience of working with children and encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • A willingness to organise and supervise a range of age-appropriate activities.
  • The ability to work effectively as a key member of our team.
  • A desire for continuing professional development.

The main duties will include preparing and serving breakfast, supervising children before the start of the school day, leading engaging activities, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children attending the Breakfast Club.
