Breakfast Staff Member
Our people are the heart and soul of our business, and we are looking for positive, reliable, hospitality-driven team members to join our breakfast service team. As a Breakfast Staff Member, you will help create a warm, welcoming start to the day for every guest by delivering friendly service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting the smooth running of breakfast operations.

From preparing the breakfast area and replenishing buffet items to assisting guests with requests and keeping service areas clean, our breakfast team helps deliver a smooth, memorable morning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, efficient breakfast service throughout the morning.
- Set up, maintain, replenish, and clear breakfast buffet and service areas to a high standard.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, including hot drinks, breakfast items, and guest requests where required.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line with food safety procedures.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, front of house, and hotel teams to ensure service runs smoothly.
- Respond professionally to guest questions, special requests, and allergy or dietary enquiries.
- Support opening, closing, and cleaning duties before, during, and after breakfast service.

Key Requirements
- Previous hospitality, catering, food service, hotel, or customer service experience is preferred, but full training may be provided for the right candidate.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning shifts, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced breakfast environment.
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with guests and colleagues.
- Basic food hygiene awareness is desirable.
