An opportunity has arisen for an experienced food service supervisor to lead and direct our busy breakfast team.
Job Description
With a hospitality background in a quality establishment, you'll deliver a flawless food and beverage service to get the day off to the best possible start for our guests. Beginning at 6.45 am, five days over seven, you'll be a reliable early riser with a big smile and a cheerful personality!

You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the breakfast team rota in liaison with the Restaurant Manager
- Submitting an order for breakfast items for the following morning
- Ensuring that the restaurant and service areas are prepared and cleaned down at the end of the shift
This is a full-time permanent position, five days over seven, with five 8-hour shifts moving from breakfast through into lunch and afternoon tea.
