Role: F&B Breakfast Supervisor – Arcus at The Imperial Hotel
Location: Bloomsbury, London
About Us
This summer, we opened the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. ‘Project A’ is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Food & Beverage Breakfast Supervisor to lead service across Arcus. You will oversee daily operations, inspire the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across morning service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise daily food and beverage service.
- Support rota planning, staffing levels and team performance.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards.
- Oversee stock control, cash handling and service readiness.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and motivate teams through hands-on leadership.

Who You Are
- Proven experience supervising F&B teams in hospitality environments.
- Strong people-management, organisation and communication skills.
- Confident user of MS Office.
