We're looking for a Breakfast Supervisor who loves bringing people together, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great hospitality starts with creating a sense of belonging for both guests and colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Breakfast Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind a smooth and successful breakfast service.
You'll
- Lead and motivate the breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.
- Support, coach, and develop team members, helping them grow in confidence and capability.
- Ensure breakfast service runs efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Handle guest feedback positively and professionally, turning challenges into memorable moments.
- Work closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Take pride in every detail, from table presentation to service delivery.
