We're looking for a Breakfast Supervisor who loves bringing people together, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great hospitality starts with creating a sense of belonging for both guests and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Breakfast Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind a smooth and successful breakfast service.

You'll

  • Lead and motivate the breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Support, coach, and develop team members, helping them grow in confidence and capability.
  • Ensure breakfast service runs efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Handle guest feedback positively and professionally, turning challenges into memorable moments.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to ensure seamless communication and service.
  • Take pride in every detail, from table presentation to service delivery.
