We are currently recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin-starred HIDE.
HIDE is an urban oasis hidden in plain sight, offering a unique dining experience in the heart of Mayfair. Spread across three floors, our light-filled dining rooms are centred around a breath-taking staircase and overlook the tranquillity of Green Park.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, our extensive à la carte menus showcase the very best seasonal ingredients, sourced from a close network of exceptional farmers and suppliers across the UK. Guests can also enjoy carefully curated tasting menus with matching wine flights.

This position is paid hourly, with earnings of up to £17.21 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service during breakfast service
- Preparing and setting up the restaurant to ensure a smooth start to the day
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the breakfast menu and beverages
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Building rapport with regular guests and creating memorable experiences
- Maintaining the high service standards set by the Restaurant Management team
- Ensuring tables and service areas are kept clean, organised and presentable throughout service
- Supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience
