Are you a BREEAM Assessor or Sustainability professional looking to develop your career within a growing Sustainability team?

I'm currently working with an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Winchester who are looking to add a BREEAM Assessor to their team. This could suit someone already experienced in BREEAM assessments, as well as someone earlier in their career who has started building their experience and wants the opportunity to develop further.

You'll work across a variety of building and portfolio assessments, supporting projects from concept through to handover and working closely with wider design teams, clients and other sustainability professionals.

You'll be involved in:

  • Delivering BREEAM assessments across a range of building projects
  • Supporting assessments from early design through to completion and handover
  • Reviewing design information and evidence against BREEAM requirements
  • Working with project teams to identify and achieve sustainability targets
  • Supporting clients and design teams throughout the assessment process
  • Contributing to the development of the wider Sustainability Assessment offering
  • Building your knowledge across different sustainability standards and assessment methodologies
  • Working alongside architects, engineers and other multidisciplinary professionals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
