Role Description
The Brewery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indian Queens. It’s responsible for overseeing all aspects of brewery operations.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Managing production schedules
- Coordinating brewing activities
- Ensuring consistent quality and safety standards are met
The role involves:
- Supervising brewery staff
- Optimizing processes
- Managing inventory of raw materials and finished products
- Maintaining equipment
The Brewery Manager will also:
- Collaborate with leadership on product development, cost control, and operational improvements
- Support compliance with regulatory and health and safety requirements

Qualifications
- Strong brewery operations skills, including production planning, process oversight, and quality control in a brewing or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing teams, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate staff in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, equipment maintenance, and health and safety standards relevant to brewery operations.
- Competence in inventory management, basic budgeting, and cost control to support efficient and profitable production.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to document procedures and maintain records.
- Prior experience in the brewing, beverage, or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
- Relevant technical or vocational training in brewing, food science, or related fields is an advantage; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Truro and perform the physical tasks associated with brewery operations.
