ROSA CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Sales Advisor to join its store located in London.
Position Objectives
- Carry out all the aforementioned tasks to constantly improve the good evolution of the business.
- Help maintain a balanced team to achieve all point of sale objectives.
- Help implement all strategies in the most appropriate way to achieve sales objectives.
- Satisfy all clients so that both the sales and after-sales process is adequate.
- Good communication between all team members.
Features
- Personalized attention to clients in all phases of the process (sales and after-sales).
- Boost Store sales and achieve set objectives.
- Collaborate in all the procedures necessary for the correct functioning of the store (order and stock management, preparation and completion of inventories, contact with external suppliers, monitoring of arrangements and associated tests, etc.).
- Maintain the Visual and Customer Service standards set by the Brand.

Requirements
- Minimum demonstrated experience of 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the Bridal Fashion Sector.
- Valuable knowledge of dressmaking, pattern making and experience in managing personalized sales (Boutique) with excellent customer service.
- Person accustomed to working for objectives and incentives.
- We are looking for people with enthusiasm, proactive, committed and focused on offering excellent service.
- Dynamic, constant, decisive person, with negotiation, communication and teamwork skills.
- Sensitivity to the product and fashion.
- Availability for immediate incorporation.
