Our bridal boutique is dedicated to creating a fun, memorable, and unforgettable day for every bride. We offer a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere where wedding dress shopping becomes an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Brides are encouraged to share this special moment with their closest family and friends in a welcoming, supportive setting. The team focuses on personalized service, attention to detail, and genuine care to help each bride find a gown that reflects their unique style and vision.

Role Description

As a Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides and their guests through the wedding dress selection process, offering expert styling advice and personalized recommendations. You will greet and consult with brides, understand their preferences and wedding plans, and curate dress and accessory options to match their style and budget.

  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • Maintaining the showroom and fitting rooms
  • Ensuring gowns and accessories are presented to a high standard
  • Handling sales transactions
  • Supporting inventory checks
  • Following up with brides to ensure a smooth experience from first appointment to final fittings

This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Retail Sales experience in fashion, bridal, or a similar setting, with the ability to meet sales goals while maintaining a consultative, non-pressured approach.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients and their guests.
  • Proven ability to work in a team, stay organised, and manage multiple appointments and tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • A genuine interest in bridal fashion, styling, and trends, with an eye for detail and fit; prior styling or fashion retail experience is highly beneficial.
  • Availability to work weekends; reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Prior experience in bridal, luxury retail, or high-touch customer service is an advantage, but candidates with strong people skills and a passion for weddings are encouraged to apply.
