Bridal Stylist (2-3 Days a Week)
A rare opportunity to work within a small, independent British bridal house, alongside an in-house atelier with a bespoke clientele. You’ll gain hands-on experience across styling, customisation and insight into the making process while working for a brand committed to a slower, more considered and truly sustainable approach to fashion.
Andrea Hawkes Bridal is looking for a Bridal Stylist to join our Islington studio, three days a week.
This role is for someone who adores couture fashion as much as they do people and wants to be part of a creative bridal house where no two brides are quite the same. We’re looking for someone warm, polished and naturally attentive, who understands that creating a beautiful bridal experience is about far more than finding the perfect dress.
At Andrea Hawkes, our brides experience something more personal than a traditional bridal appointment. You’ll guide our brides through their Andrea Hawkes journey with confidence, care and impeccable attention to detail while building genuine relationships, offering thoughtful styling advice, and ensuring every bride feels completely looked after.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, intuitive, and genuinely interested in people, with a great eye for style and an appreciation for exceptional craftsmanship. Experience in bridal, luxury fashion or premium customer service is ideal and willingness to learn is just as important.
The Role
- Up to three days a week, based in our Islington studio with Monday, Tuesday evening, and Saturday availability seasonally required
- Deliver an exceptionally personal, considered bridal experience
- Style brides across Andrea Hawkes collections
- Work alongside our in-house atelier on customisation and design possibilities
- Build genuine relationships with AH brides and guide them throughout their journey
- Support the finer details that make the experience feel seamless
- Be part of a small creative team where you can learn and have real involvement in the business
You’ll Bring
- Experience in luxury retail, bridal or premium customer service
- A natural ability to make people feel comfortable, valued and understood
- Excellent styling instincts and a strong eye for detail
- Confidence, discretion and polished communication
- A genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and individuality
- The ability to deliver a highly personal service while working as part of a small, close-knit team
