Job Introduction
Are you a Recovery Coordinator looking for a new role, if so we would love to hear from you! We are looking for a full-time permanent Recovery Coordinator to work in our Treatment Team.
About New Vision Bradford
New Vision Bradford is a partnership between the Bridge Project, Create Strength Group, Project 6 and Waythrough. Under this umbrella, the partnership delivers an adult drug and alcohol service for the Bradford and Craven District, aiming to help people tackle the use of alcohol and drugs and reduce risk taking behaviours through dedicated prevention, intervention, and support.
Role Overview
This role will work as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality drug and alcohol treatment provision, by supporting service users from point of entry into the service and throughout their treatment and recovery journey. You will play a crucial role acting as the main care coordinator for an assigned group of service users, providing screening, asset mapping, comprehensive assessments, recovery planning and reviews of care.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role you will need:
- 2 years’ full-time experience of working with people with alcohol and/or drug problems and/or people with complex and multiple needs within the last 4 years.
- Experience of case management and delivering care coordination in drug and alcohol or a directly related field.
- Commitment and passion in this field of work.
- Positive and engaging approach.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively.

- Apply your knowledge and understanding of drug and alcohol issues.
